In order to offer the best care possible we need to know some information about you. Please tell your massage therapist or aesthetician if you are on any medications, having any pain, or seeing a doctor on a regular basis.

Pregnancy, chronic pain, swelling, allergies, skin irritations, surgery, or blood conditions (such as diabetes) may affect the methods we use. Or in certain cases, it may even be dangerous to proceed with treatment. Download the forms here to fill out before you arrive.
